Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop paint color pallete logo icon in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool”
right click select Make Selection.

[3] Now fill the selection with black color.

[4] Add the following layer styles.

[5] Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

[6] Now add the following layer styles.

[7] Now Duplicate a few times and place it like me.

[8] Now create another circle using elliptical shape tool.

[9] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[10] Now take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.

[11] Now set the foreground color.

[12] Play with your brush tool.

[13] Now fill every circle using different color.

[14] This is your final image.
